What the licence does and does not cover
Licence
The recurring plan price for using the platform. Hospitals use one institutional account for their authorised departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory. Departments do not each need their own subscription.
Implementation, training and support
Set-up, data migration, training and any optional support are agreed in your quotation and are separate from the licence.
Multi-site arrangements
Groups with several sites are quoted individually.
Marketplace and payments
Public marketplace participation and online payment settlement are not active, so no marketplace or transaction fees are charged or implied here.
Subscriptions are arranged with our team. Inclusions are confirmed in your agreement. Taxes are not shown here.
